Need Front Desk Associate for Comfort Inn

The Comfort Inn in Blairsville, Georgia is seeking candidates for Front Desk for the 3 PM-11 PM shift only and must work on weekends too for the same shift.
* This position is responsible for overall guests' experience at the front desk and the candidate *must* have at least a year of experience in hotels and be professional at all the times.
* It requires multi-tasking, will always be dealing with people, process cash, credit card and direct billing transactions, Laundry etc.
* It requires flexibility during the day, afternoon, night shifts and weekend some of the duties are listed below but not limited.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of basic computer programs - Keep the front desk and lobby clean.
- Check guests in and out - Make reservations over the phone or in person.
- Process cash and credit card payments.
- Solve the guests’ issues.
- Help with complimentary breakfast - _The pay for these positions will vary depending on experience, which we will discuss during the interview.
