Duties and Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and accurately responding to customer inquiries Assist customers in solving their concerns and issues by providing appropriate solutions Maintain an in-depth knowledge of company products and services to effectively address customer inquiries Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner Collaborate with the Accounting department to resolve billing and payment-related issues Handle customer complaints and escalations with patience and professionalism Record and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions Refer complex inquiries or complaints to the appropriate department for further investigation and resolution Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively Prior customer service experience is preferred, but not required High school diploma or equivalent
