*Responsibilities:*
* Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle, such as a cargo van or step van, following all traffic laws and safety regulations.
* Load packages onto the delivery vehicle and deliver them to their designated destinations.
This involves accurately locating addresses, navigating efficiently, and organizing packages for optimal delivery efficiency.
* Provide exceptional customer service by delivering packages with a friendly and professional attitude.
Interact with customers, answer questions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Load and unload packages, ensuring they are securely handled to prevent damage.
* Utilize scanning technology and electronic devices to track and record delivery information.
* Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating the delivery vehicle.
* Perform routine maintenance checks on the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
Report any mechanical issues or damage promptly.
*Work Schedule:* 4 Days/week including Satrudays
*Requirements:*
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
* Must be at least 21 years old.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Physical fitness for lifting and maneuvering heavy packages (up to 50 lbs)
* Strong organizational and time management abilities.
* Familiarity with GPS devices and mapping applications.
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
* Prior experience in package delivery or a related field is preferred.
Freshers with valid driving license can also apply.
