View a BDC Sales agent is what keeps the customers flowing.
You will handle all incoming sales leads from both the Internet and phone calls while also being the first point of contact for any website leads.
With these leads, you will be able to set appointments for the sales division to keep our dealership selling.
It requires awesome phone skills and the ability to communicate well through email.
You will need to use several different computer systems along the way so someone who loves technology is a great fit.

Responsibilities:
• Setting sales appointments and following up on leads each month.
• Generate appointments and quotes through proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management to qualify and advertise to potential clients.
• Handle all incoming online email and phone leads promptly.
• Respond to email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner.
• Assist customers in vehicle selection based on their needs.
• Direct customers to product information resources, including those available online.
• Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly.
Qualifications:
• Certified in VIN Solutions would be a great attribute
• Experienced with Elead and CRM would be highly valuable
• People person - our agents are on the phones all day every day, you must have strong customer service skills and enjoy working with the public.
• To some extent you are self-managed.
You must be able to apply the feedback you are given to be able to excel at this position.
