*Responsibilities:*
Work with a wide range of customers, including builders, designers, and homeowners to design and sell our products.
*Essential Functions:*
· Create, modify, and refine designs to conform with customer specifications and/or product limitations using company software.
· Attend interior design meetings, or lead walk- in customers around the showroom, to aid in the selection process of flooring, tile, or cabinets for new construction or renovation projects.
· Work from company measurements, customer drawings, other designs, or blueprints
· Respond to inquiries with accurate pricing, inventory, and delivery information
· Ability to self-check own work for completeness and accuracy
· Coordinate with installers and/or scheduler
· Liaise with clients, general contractors, or representatives to ensure understanding for all parties to execute an efficient and smooth installation process.
· Have the ability to acquire product knowledge to assist in troubleshooting issues
· Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as weekly work plans, and monthly analyses.
*Work Environment:*
This position operates in an office, warehouse, and construction site environment.
The team member is occasionally exposed to a variety of conditions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.
00 - $80,000.
