Day Spa Front Desk Sales Position

At Massage Heights our front desk / spa receptionists are "Lifestyle Consultants".

For this reason you are a Chief Experience Officer when it comes to exceeding Guest Expecations! Ours is a resort spa-like environment, not at all 'clinical' and you make the vibe happen! Key Responsibilities * Create positive experience for Guests.
* Meet and exceed goals as assigned by Retreat Leadership.
* Present to Guests our membership wellness programs, converting 2 out of 5.
* Sell Promotions, Gift Cards and Retail Spa products.
* Promote therapeutic benefits of regular massage and facials.
* Guest appointment management.
* Uphold Massage Heights standards of practice, policies, procedures, and protocols.
* Available to work weekends and evenings.
Qualifications * Minimum of one year of membership sales or sales experience.
* Positive and inspiring personality.
* Knowledge of spa operations and services.
* Good at working in a team environment.
* Excels in offering excellent guest service.
* Experience with computers and POS systems.
