Inside Sales Representative

PMI is seeking a member for our Sales & Customer Service team.
The Customer Account Associate will serve as an in-house contact point and relationship builder for PMI and its customers.
The job consists of answering incoming calls, emails and faxes and pro-actively reaching out to existing customers and new customers to: · Offer support · Gather information · Process orders · Issue return authorizations · Handle complaints · Communicate with existing and new customers · Provide feedback and input to strategic sales and marketing efforts Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to person each essential duty satisfactorily.
· High school diploma along with three to six months related experience and/or training.
· Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
English required.
· Mathematical skills · Reasoning ability · Computer Skills – Individual should have knowledge of Microsoft NAV Dynamics Order Processing and Distribution Inventory, MS Internet Explorer, Outlook (for email and time management) MS Excel Spreadsheet software and MS Word Processing software.
