FQC LEAD

FQC Lead Operator Date: September 20, 2023 Reports to: Quality Supervisor Location: Dalton, GA Classification: Hourly SUMMARY The FQC Lead Operator maintains high quality standards by reviewing final assembly products before delivering to our customer.
The FQC Lead operator works as a guide for all in-line quality inspectors to ensure top tier products by verifying all quality aspects of the module.
RESPONSIBILITIES Confirms product compliance to established quality standards by conducting visual tests.
Rejecting products that fail to meet established quality standards.
Ensure the line maintains productivity levels needed to meet production demands.
Documents inspection results for final product grading.
Produce products that meet quality standards with minimal defects.
Help other operators during breaktimes.
Ability to follow standardized work and not deviate from SOP and work instructions.
Adhere to the policies and procedures of Hanwha Q CELLS.
Responsible for ensuring deadlines are met in a timely manner.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of leadership experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of manufacturing process.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Must be detail oriented and able to analyze information on computer monitor for 12 hours.
PHYSICAL CONDITIONS Able to lift 50 pounds without restriction.
Able to stand and be on your feet for up to 12 hours.
