Position Summary:
Maintaining a clean, safe, high quality, highly productive facility while making the most efficient and cost conscious use of the equipment and personnel.
The person in this position will be responsible for doing all activities of the Utility position (Repair, Bag Dumping, various Production support), under the general policy and guidance of the Shift Leader/Production Manager.
Role Description:
Main priority is to repair WIP, provide adequate raw material availability through the Bag Dumping process, and support the Production Team in any area, as needed.
Responsibilities:
• Promote safety in aspects of every task.
• Should understand all production processes, with a primary focus on Repair and Bag Dumping.
• Ensure quality systems integrity.
Qualifications: Listed below are the minimum and/or desired qualifications of the position including education, work experience and knowledge & skills that are required to perform satisfactorily in the position:
Education and Work Experience:
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing, continuous improvement experience, a solid understanding of product quality is preferred.
Knowledge and Skills:
• Knowledge of the process

Physical Demands:
• Position requires minimal lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Position requires being on your feet for 8-12 hours per day.
