*Murphy Granite Outlet is seeking an experienced Stone Installer to join our team.

*Must Have Expierence Pulling Seams and Fabricating Stone.

The Ideal candidate must have experience fabricating and installing granite and quartz countertops.
On time ready to work for the day.
Clocking in and out in the office.
Give notification prior to the start of shift when sick or going to be late.
Follow shop General Managers Direction
Valid drivers license with a safe driving record and no DUI/DWI in past 5 years.
Knowledge an ability to operate all tools and equipment to install MGO countertops.
Basic Knowledge of construction and cabinets.
Ability to communicate with office staff and customers in polite and efficient manner.
Ability to manage time and schedule for day
Ability to move/carry, level, shim, pull seam, epoxy, glue, cut, drill, mount sinks, caulk, silicone, clean, polish, and seal all tops/stone to be installed.
Keep inventory and maintenance of tools, equipment, and truck.
Fill out all paperwork and return to appropriate place and time.
*Job Description*
The Installer will coordinate with the General Manager and customer in the morning to set schedule for the day.
Will keep both parties informed of any delays or changes in schedule throughout the day.
Will check all paper work is complete (has all info) prior to leaving.
Will make sure all electronics and tool are charged, updated, and accounted for prior to leaving.
Installer duties include a quality check prior to loading of materials.
Loading all materials for job (to include sink/s back splash, tools, epoxy, caulk, silicone, sealer, ect.
)
Will drive all MGO vehicles in a safe and defensive manner.
All electronics must only be operated in hands free mode while vehicle is in motion.
The installer shall prep the surface to receive MGO tops to include safely removing old tops.
Installation crew shall use due care while preforming these duties as to prevent damage to customer’s property.
The installer will handle the installation of granite, quartz, marble, or other natural rock and/or synthetic materials in a customer house or place of business.
To include cutting and fabricating said stone if needed.
Installer will install all back splash, sinks, drill holes for faucets, fabricate seam to industries standards.
Installer will be responsible to leave the job site in a neat and clean fashion.
When possible the installer will collect final payment.
Take pictures of job prior to and after installation of the entire job.
Document any damage prior to and/ after installation (in writing and with pictures).
Pay based on experience.
