SUMMARY - GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB
Support all aspects of DDD Landscape Team Territory Managers sales efforts and other Landscape team business.
Work directly with the Director of Sales and Marketing and Sales Support Manager to support team business goals and objectives with all customers, internal and external.
Special emphasis on timely and organized production of sales tools and functions to help strengthen FT Landscape relationship with our Dealers, Distributor and Direct customers.
Keeps open communication with all departments.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Responsible for the day-to-day execution and areas of support:
Manages and maintains accurate and clear organization of all sales support tools and projects
Familiar with newsletter creation, development and distribution
Editing and updating of sales tools in all media formats including print and digital
Coordination of sales support for tradeshows including literature, displays, and all arrangements
Support Dealer Conference coordination
Ensures and manages accurate inventory of literature to ensure no out of stocks, including ordering
Ensures and manages inventory of promotional items and displays including ordering
Manage inventory of sample tools (tags, display cases, etc.
)
Help coordinate relationships with sales support vendors
Coordinate support for Distributor/Contractor demos in coordination with Territory Managers
Monitor and manage social media posts on all social media sites including FT websites
Supports coordination with AGM for social media posting
Copywriting and editing for creation of new sales support tools
Ensures accuracy and on-time delivery of all support tools and initiatives
Strong decision making and problem solving skills, including ability to take initiative to ensure completion assigned projects
Excellent communication skills
Performs other duties as may be assigned by Sales Support Manager and Director of Sales and Marketing
Strong multi-tasking, follow up, and organizational abilities
Must be comfortable meeting project deadlines on time
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures.
Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and Human Resources.
Assist in the accomplishment of Company goals.
Helps other employee to accomplish Company goals.
Performs other duties as may be assigned by department supervisor
