What we need:
Mohawk is looking for a Finance Manager to continue to develop our SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) team, continue system innovation, and drive our analytics forward.
This role will participate in the evolution of financial best practices, standards, and policies across all Flooring North America (FNA) businesses.
What you’ll do:
Work closely with business functions to ensure the financial forecasting process and system effectively meets the needs of sales, operations, manufacturing, finance, planning, product management, and other teams in each business unit and FNA central functions
Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to implement system upgrades and identify opportunities to streamline processes through system automation and integration
Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for data analysis, reporting, and visualization to support strategic decision-making
Pursue opportunities to offer improvements and recommend high-quality business solutions on the SAC platform, including streamlining and harmonizing processes across diverse business units
What you have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or Information Systems
5+ years of progressive experience with large-scale report development and rollouts, as well as the related change management and relationship management across business units
Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex topics for cross-functional teams
Leadership experience, including building and managing high performance teams
Project management capabilities (agile/scrum methodology)
Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, including system maintenance and development
Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (e.
g.
, SAP, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SQL, HANA, relation database management, Data analysis (Python, R, PowerBI, etc.
)

Exercising independent judgment and demonstrating solid time management and organizational skills, including the ability to meet tight deadlines and schedules
Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
Partnering with Information Service (IS/IT) teams and processes
Ability to think strategically and drive results in ambiguous environment
Understanding financial data structure and the interactions of all accounting and financial movements
Honing your ability to persuade, market and sell new ideas based on culture, audience and business needs
Effectively communicating complex processes and systems to audiences with no technical background – must be able to document and explain all solutions with a wide range of individuals in written, oral and interpersonal form
