HVAC and Plumbing Technician/ Installer

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!!! Duties: - Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems - Perform equipment repairs and replacements as needed - Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance - Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems - Weld and fabricate components as necessary - Assist with property maintenance tasks as assigned - Drive company truck to job sites Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC/Plumbing Installer or similar role - Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems - Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
