In your role as a Global Rotating Equipment Technology Lead, you will provide focused reliability and improvement for critical rotating equipment systems throughout the Olin Corporate Envelope.
Performance improvement efforts will focus on eliminating unplanned production interruption events and the elimination of process safety events/risks.
This role will provide technical consulting support to operations, maintenance/reliability, and technology/improvement groups for all critical turbo-machinery trains throughout the company.
Essential Job Functions: Provide technical leadership for critical rotating equipment maintenance, reliability, and capital projects.
Provide rotating equipment technical expertise to support production, improvement and Tech Center organization.
Provide assistance with on-line troubleshooting and performance monitoring of rotating machinery systems.
Leverage and assist implementation of rotating equipment MET and Best Practices Coach and mentor plant and maintenance engineers in rotating equipment design, operation, and maintenance.
Develop maintenance scopes and insure their proper execution for all critical rotating equipment repairs and overhauls.
Assist process technology associates with plant technology reviews/audits and as needed with issues related to machinery systems.
Support capital projects with selection, design, procurement, and testing of new machinery systems and upgrade of existing machinery systems.
Minimum Requirements: Must meet one of the following education and experience requirements: Bachelor's Degree* in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years’ experience with rotating equipment OR High school diploma plus 10 years of hands on critical rotating equipment maintenance, trouble shooting, and operations experience.
Must have strong mechanical capabilities combined with technical understanding of design and maintenance of rotating equipment systems.
Must be able to effectively work with people and teams at various levels of the organization.
Prior Olin experience in a relevant position preferred.
Minimal travel is required (<25%) Must be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) and possess a valid US Driver's license.

Employees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately $103,000 - $158,000.
This salary is only an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
