Shingle roofer (Cleveland)

Cleveland based roofing company looking for experienced shingle roofers.
Mostly tear off, steady work, Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays.
Experience preferred but will train the right applicant.
Hourly pay based on experience/ability.
W-2 NOT 1099, pay every Friday, hold out a week.
Must be legal to work in US.
Not looking for subcontractors.
Duties include tearing off and cleaning up old roof, deck repair, full installation of new roofing materials.
