Production Operator (Cleaving)

SUMMARY
The production cleaving operator works in a manufacturing environment and is responsible for producing and packaging a quality product while completing all assigned duties.
The cleaving operator cleans and maintains assigned equipment.
Ensuring they are following all safety and other regulatory/plant policies and procedures.
The production cleaving operator strives to achieve operational excellence in areas of safety, quality and productivity.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Operates assigned equipment while producing quality product.
Ensures timely and accurate defect and production tracking
Reports safety and maintenance issues to line supervisor.
Completes and stores all required documents.
Achieves production goals (KPIs) and communicates bridge for under performance.
Ensures assigned equipment is cleaned according to documented procedure, and report deficiencies to line supervisor.
Adhere to the policies and procedures of Hanwha Q CELLS.
Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned by management.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work irregular or extended hours, including weekends and nights as needed
Able to cope with pressure, a team player
PHYSICAL CONDITIONS
Able to lift 50 pounds without restriction
Able to stand and be on feet for up to 12 hours
