A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing Packing with Care – You’ll take particular care in high-quality packing of finished goods.
We want to see your passion for precision and vision for success! Operating Machinery – Work with computer-controlled equipment or mechanically-based machines.
Your talent for all things technical will ensure they are set up properly, working well and producing quality products.
Managing Machine Performance – Ensure machines are stocked and working at full capacity.
As a meticulous worker, you’ll take care to keep our machines well-maintained as you perform periodic checks while inspecting products.
Following Best Practices – Adhere to good manufacturing practices as you prepare equipment for production.
You’ll use all the right safety precautions as you support our efforts to create better mornings and better breakfasts for our consumers.
Your Recipe for Success Basic computer skills Demonstrate ability to operate machinery; mechanical aptitude is a plus Physically must be able to stand for long hours and be able to lift at or above the waist at a maximum of fifty pounds Must be flexible with work schedule as well as overtime and holidays Understanding of basic math to solve problem, great multi-tasker to complete tasks and detail-oriented Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions verbal and written
